Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Total Monthly Salary: Rs. 27,500/-
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Total Monthly Salary: Rs. 26,250/-
Primary School Educator (PSE) – Combined Monthly Salary: Rs. 21,250/-
Eligibility Requirements for SECR Hiring 2025
PGT (Postgraduate Teacher)
Master’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in the associated subject.
Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification.
Ability to instruct in English language.
Preferred: Understanding of Computer Software.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)
A degree in the pertinent field with a minimum of 50% marks.
Bachelor of Education or comparable degree.
Applicants must have successfully completed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
PST (Primary School Educator)
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
OR Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
OR Completion of graduation with a minimum of 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.
Applicants must have successfully completed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).

Walk-in Interviews will take place at SECR HSS No.1, Bilaspur.
Candidates must arrive at the venue between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
